On December 14, Rob Reiner, 78, and Michele Singer Reiner were tragically found dead inside their Los Angeles home. Calls to the Los Angeles Fire Department came in around 3:30 p.m. that Sunday. The following day, police confirmed that their 32-year-old son, Nick Reiner, was taken into custody and booked for murder. He was arrested around 9:15 p.m. on Monday and is currently being held without bail.

Rob Reiner was a towering figure in Hollywood, celebrated for his dual career as an actor in the iconic sitcom *All in the Family* and as the acclaimed director of classic films such as *This Is Spinal Tap*, *Stand by Me*, *The Princess Bride*, *When Harry Met Sally*, and *Misery*.
