Egg Donation Scandal: Riley Keough, Travolta Son Allegations
A new legal filing in a breach-of-contract lawsuit has introduced an extraordinary claim: that Elvis Presley's granddaughter, Riley Keough, is allegedly the biological mother of John Travolta‘s youngest son, Ben Travolta. This sensational accusation emerged from a filing by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, former business associates of Priscilla Presley, in their ongoing legal dispute against Priscilla's son, Navarone Garcia.
According to the filing, Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley's ex-husband, reportedly stated that Kelly Preston, Travolta's late wife, was unable to conceive her own children. The Travolta-Preston couple allegedly approached the Presley family for an egg donation in 2010. While they reportedly used Lisa Marie's eggs for a previous pregnancy, they supposedly declined to use them again, citing concerns about “eggs with heroin” due to Lisa Marie's known struggle with opioid addiction.
Instead, the lawsuit claims the two families “orchestrated a deal” where Riley Keough, then 20, provided her eggs for Kelly Preston to conceive Ben Travolta, who was born in 2010. For her alleged participation, Keough purportedly received an old Jaguar car and a payment ranging between $10,000 and $20,000. The filing does not extend these claims to Travolta and Preston's other children, Jett or Ella.
This explosive egg-donation claim is presented within a broader, unrelated lawsuit where Kruse and Fialko are suing Priscilla Presley for fraud and breach of contract, while Priscilla accuses them of financial elder abuse. They included the egg-donation story as an example of the “constant chaos” they allegedly managed within the family. Priscilla's attorney, Marty Singer, vehemently dismissed these allegations as “shameful” and “outrageous,” asserting they have no relevance to the actual claims in the case and are a deliberate attempt to cause pain to the Presley family.
The recent allegations involving Riley Keough and Travolta's son have sparked renewed discussions about the complexities surrounding pop culture egg donation and its ethical considerations.
